As a research, strategy, and design partner for OurPost, the extranet platform serving over 50,000 Australia Post workers, the goal was to consolidate multiple platforms into one seamless experience, integrating personal dashboards and corporate communications. Collaborating with an internal Experience team, I conducted user research, identifying key themes: accessing personal information, team connection, news, and accessibility to establish design principles that guide the user experience, ensuring ease of access and efficiency in performing daily tasks. Our vision ensured a future-ready dashboard that is intuitive, efficient, and enhances workers' day-to-day digital interactions.
